Up in the hills above Kvarner bay, 15 minutes from Opatija on the Istrian Peninsula, you will find a little piece of heaven – Villa AURA. The exclusive luxury mansion was built in 2017 and is situated in one of the most beautiful places in Istria.
Timeless and elegant architecture, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass fronts create an extraordinary width with a magnificent sea view. The villa has five double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. With its spacious living- and dining areas, the mansion hosts up to ten persons.

The mansion
In the middle of a beautiful landscape, in hillside location, Villa AURA guarantees ultimate privacy and a fantastic view over the sea and the coast. The luxury mansion integrates perfectly into the landscape and has been built over several terraced floors.
On the ground floor there’s an entrance with wardrobe, a spacious living area with a fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library and TV room, a guest bathroom, a gym with a sauna and a shower as well as a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The stairs around the atrium lead up to the upper floor with four bedrooms. Every rooms has an ensuite bathroom and access to one of the balconies. The living area leads out onto the large terrace, which invites to linger with it’s cozy lounge and an eating area.
Via two outdoor stairs you can reach the pool area with an infinity pool, a separate bathroom, an outdoor kitchen, deckchairs and parasols.
